I saw an event and made a reservation, then went, but the wait time took over 1 hour. When I complained at the desk, about 10 minutes later I had a consultation with the manager. When I told the manager about the inconvenience, they apologized repeatedly. After that, I had a consultation with the director, decided to get 4 lines of CosSil contour injections, and proceeded with the treatment right away. The result just felt so-so.
