What I felt while having an eye-related consultation was that because there are many visitors, they try to proceed quickly. Since they must have seen countless cases, they can probably understand right away, but from the customer’s perspective, that was somewhat disappointing. The doctor’s way of speaking and tone were bright, which was good, but there were still some disappointing points. The later consultation with the consultation manager was good in terms of exchanging questions and answers.
