I had revision rhinoplasty 5 years ago, and it went terribly wrong, so I’m extremely stressed. Before the revision, I liked the line and height of my nose completely, but because my skin was thin, the nasal tip kept gradually becoming too pointy. I only wanted to improve that part, so that’s why I had the revision. So I told them that. I said I liked my current nose and just wanted to improve the nasal tip a bit, but they made it into a completely different nose ㅠㅠ They lowered the nasal tip a lot and pulled the columella out too much, so it became a droopy, arrow-shaped nose.
