I had double eyelid surgery here 9 years ago. They did a partial incision on that eye, and it has stayed in place all this time without loosening. The surgery was done naturally and not overly, too. They also didn't recommend an inner canthoplasty, only what was necessary, so I liked that there was no overtreatment.
