I got masseter Botox for a square jaw. They said my muscles were large, so I got 100 units on each side. Everything else was fine, but for a while after getting it, my face became asymmetrical. It showed when I clenched my teeth or did things like that. In photos, you had to look closely to notice. It does come back with time, but during that period it bothered me
