It's factory-style, but I heard jaw Botox works no matter where you get it, so I went to a place running a promotion and got it done. It was good enough that I want to keep getting it regularly. It hurt less than I expected, and because I have a habit of grinding my teeth while sleeping, after getting it my jaw relaxed, and when I woke up, my jaw hurt less too.
