Except that my nose was a bit short in length, it was originally a pretty nose. The doctor said we should only do the nasal tip, but since I was doing it anyway, I wanted it to show a little, so I had only 2 mm of silicone inserted, cartilage added to the nasal tip, and the nasal length extended too. From the front, nothing changed except that my nose looks more defined, but from the side, it definitely changed. (In my view lol) But when I went outside after 2 weeks, I didn't hear even once that I looked different or anything like that. People who knew I was going to have surgery say my nose turned out really pretty, but people I wasn't originally close with don't seem to notice well. It's not that I wanted it to be obvious enough for people to ask if I had surgery, but I still wanted to at least hear that something looked a little different... Is it usually like this....
