I’m a man, and I had 4.5 mm Gore-Tex with septal cartilage. They shaved down the whiteness on my nose and a slight hump,, I just wanted to raise my nose, but it turned into a major surgery,, and the price got insanely expensive too…

I got a message asking me to upload pre-op photos too.. My nose wasn’t really on the low side before either^^;; From the front, it wasn’t quite an upturned nose, but my nostrils showed quite a lot, and from the side, it looked like a short

Why do people not notice at all...
