I had hump nose osteotomy surgery, but I’m dissatisfied, and they made revision surgery difficult too. I said I didn’t want silicone because my tall, large nose was a complex, but they insisted I needed it, so I got the lowest one, and it was still too high and unnatural, so I had it removed at another clinic. It was even crooked diagonally. After removing the silicone, I saw that the osteotomy had also been over-shaved asymmetrically, so I suspect they suggested covering it with silicone because they couldn’t do the osteotomy properly.
