From my internet searching, it definitely said there was so little pain that anesthetic cream wasn't needed, but at the desk I was told it tends to be quite painful and that anesthetic cream should be applied. It wasn't the pain of being poked with a needle; it felt hot and burning like InMode, and at the end there was a tingling shock that really hurt.
