My nose bridge is on the low side, so they said an implant was absolutely necessary. (I had been to 3 other places besides here, and all of them said I needed an implant too... so I realized I could not do it without one.) The material was Gore-Tex, and during the consultation they did not take any photos or anything, they just talked while feeling around with their hands.
