The director was kind, but didn't explain things in much detail, so I had to keep asking. They said they would do minimal-incision partial incision, but it ended up being a full incision. It was done under local anesthesia, and it hurt a lot. I got the impression that the consultation manager was commercial-minded, and the surgery itself felt like they weren't being meticulous but just doing it roughly, so I was surprised at how casually they did it. The result is not seriously bad, but one eye has a deeper scar and the line isn't great, so it wasn't a total disaster, but I also don't feel like I was glad I did it. It wasn't a very good experience.
