I had a consultation for breast surgery with fat grafting. Since I am very slim, I knew fat grafting would be difficult to some extent, but I was surprised by the director's attitude of not properly explaining implant surgery either and treating the patient as if she were really bothersome.. I was grateful that the staff who consulted with me noticed I might have been hurt and tried to comfort me, but I was disappointed that everyone at the front seemed focused on payment because there seemed to be a payment issue with a patient there.
