First of all, the hospital is very small, and there are only two staff members: one person who doubles as the consultant/desk staff and one operating room nurse. Maybe because of that, there are few patients and no waiting. It has a family-like atmosphere. I went after being introduced, and I went because I saw an acquaintance successfully get scars removed. Both the doctor and the consultant seemed very confident about scar removal. They said that we could think about other areas later, and for now we should remove the scars first. After hearing the consultation then, I also came to think I shouldn’t get greedy and should focus only on the scars.
