Before/after I’m still a student and I care a lot about my appearance, but my eyes were really beyond hope, so I wore double-eyelid glue and double-eyelid tape every day. My mom tried to stop me, saying I’d regret it later if I kept doing that, but it was hard for me to go out with my bare eyes, so after doing that every day for about 3 years, my mom was the one who first suggested getting double-eyelid surgery. Even when I went for hospital consultations, I went with double-eyelid tape on lol I told them to make the line as similar as possible, exactly like this, but asked them to raise only the outer end of the line. Since my eye length was short, though, I had canthoplasty done at both the inner and outer corners. Now that I don’t have to use double-eyelid tape and my own eyes themselves have changed, it’s so convenient and nice. I think the canthoplasty effect is big too, so I’m satisfied.
