First of all, the manager and the director were both kind. The especially good thing was that during the consultation, before surgery, and whenever I went back to check my progress after surgery, the director always saw me personally. It was nice that the director personally handled everything, including removing the stitches and the nasal packing. Everyone was kind, but the women in the operating room were not all like that; some were rude.
