I had nose revision surgery 3 years ago. They said they would use flesh-colored silicone, and they reused cartilage for the revision. I asked them to make it as natural as possible and to lower the columella, and I was satisfied. My nose doesn't have any major problems now, and people around me say it looks natural and pretty, but it's not the nose tip shape I wanted, so I'm thinking about whether to get revision surgery somewhere else or get a nose tip revision here.
