When I said another clinic told me my eyes wouldn’t close, they said not being able to close my eyes doesn’t really matter because it’s the buried method. They didn’t recommend canthoplasty. They said not to rub my eyes, not to tire them out, not to open them too forcefully, and that they’d remove the stitches around day 4. There weren’t many before-and-after photos. They said even if I have surgery, there won’t be much difference in eye size…
