I was concerned about jowls and a double chin, so I got 600 shots under sedation. The director was kind (seemed like a salaried doctor). They did the design and proceeded under sedation, so when I woke up, everything was already finished. There was some redness at first, but after a few days it quickly settled down, so it didn’t interfere with daily life. I think it would be good to do it regularly.
