Most of the procedures are available at a low cost. I got a consultation, but the flow felt closer to sales than to explaining the procedure. If they had first explained why that procedure was needed for my skin, I do not think I would have felt like it was sales. So I looked up the procedure separately myself But they were kind, so I was not offended. The director was very meticulous and did not make unnecessary small talk or ask pointless questions, which I liked. The effect showed up immediately, and I would be willing to get it again.
