I had a consultation at The Nan, and the doctor's consultation was about 10 minutes long, explaining only the facts in a calm, measured way, but there was just a kind of presence to it... The manager spent over an hour honestly explaining which styles would suit me, the possible side effects, and what was definitely possible versus impossible, which I really liked. I'm satisfied with everything except the price, which is just too high.
