I had autologous fat surgery on my nose and forehead 78 years ago. Since I had a bulbous nose with thick, wide alae, I also wanted alar reduction, but they said if the bridge of the nose is raised, things could change, so it wouldn't be too late to decide on reduction after the surgery. My forehead came out very well, but the center of my forehead sank a little so I got 1 cc of filler last year. My nose looks very natural. I didn't touch the alae, so it looks even more natural, but I do sometimes regret that I should have done it all at once. Still, I'm satisfied.
