I’m a case where I need double-jaw surgery because of my teeth problems (diagnosed at a university hospital too), but when I asked, they said contouring was enough, so I went ahead and it just made me suffer and my jaw got even more misaligned. And when I entered the operating room, it wasn’t a private room; there were several surgery beds all at once. Later, when I went back because the square-jaw area hadn’t been shaved enough and because of numbness and other issues, I spoke politely, but they just told me to live with it in a rude tone. They don’t care about you. Worst of all, the nose surgery doesn’t even show.
