They have a lot of promotional treatments, and basic procedures like Botox and laser treatments are also relatively inexpensive, so I go there often. The staff members are generally all kind, but one front-desk staff member is very unfriendly. Even though it was just a simple registration, I told her several times, but she didn’t listen properly, and after a bit of a power struggle, another staff member ended up handling it for me…ㅎ Consultations are usually done with the manager, and if you request it, you can also see the director, but you have to wait a long time.
