I wanted an implant-free procedure, but my nose was not suitable for it, so I excluded this place from my list. The doctor was kind and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. And when looking at my nose, instead of saying, “You absolutely have to do it this way,” they said, “Wouldn't you be disappointed?” That felt different. Even though I had an appointment, it was disappointing that the doctor's consultation was slightly delayed because of the surgery schedule. The cost was high, which was disappointing, but they said they would give a discount if I upload photos. The staff were kind, but there was pressure about paying a deposit and whether I would proceed with surgery
