The diagnosis of my face was also specific, and the doctor explained the surgical method they use at length, even putting up a PPT. I could feel that the consultant also trusted the director. The parts that made me trust them were that for after-service, the director personally handles all lifelong postoperative care, that follow-up schedules with the director are arranged up to 1 year, and that the director said they like seeing their own surgical patients often.
