I’m 5 months post-op after three-type facial contouring surgery at Soda Plastic Surgery! Since I was 20, I had been so stressed about my uneven facial line, and after thinking about it for a long time, I decided to have facial contouring surgery and did a lot of research online and in person. Even while researching online, I heard a lot that Soda Plastic Surgery was safe and kind, so I had expectations, and during the consultation I completely made up my mind! Director Kwon Jae-hyun caught the parts I was concerned about well, and instead of just saying the surgery would definitely go well, he explained by what method and which areas would improve, so I trusted him more. Before surgery I was very nervous and worried, but after surgery I didn’t really feel facial pain; rather, the aftereffects of anesthesia were very hard. When I was hospitalized, the nurse on duty took really good care of me, and Director Kwon Jae-hyun, Manager Hwang Seong-won, and the other staff kept checking whether I was okay and how I was progressing, so even while I was in pain, I thought I had made the right choice having surgery at Soda. Until one month after surgery, I heard walking was good for reducing major swelling, so I walked diligently, and from month 2 I took walks and swelling medication to reduce both major swelling and residual swelling. From month 1, other than not being able to open my mouth widely, there wasn’t much discomfort, and rather my appetite came back, so I think I ate better. From month 3, I was stressed because the residual swelling wasn’t going down much, but it is still going down even if only very slightly, so I’m trying to control my mindset haha. After surgery, first of all, my peanut-shaped facial line changed to a smooth line, so I’m really happy. It had been a long-term source of stress, and seeing it improved like this made me think I should have done it sooner..! There is still a long way to go for the swelling to go down, so it feels far off, but if it goes down more from here, I’m really looking forward to what I’ll look like after 1 year Thank you to Director Kwon Jae-hyun and all the hospital staff for performing the surgery safely and well!
