The waiting time is a bit long. The staff aren’t that friendly; it feels like they just want to rush people through and get things over with. There are endless numbers of people coming in. I only went in for laser hair removal, but my chin bothered me so much that after talking with the consultation manager, I got masseter Botox. I’m not sure it worked. I feel like it changed a little, but it might just be my imagination. I haven’t been to other clinics, so I don’t know whether the price is expensive or cheap, but I don’t think I’d go back just to get it again. The director was kind, unlike the staff.
