The director was confident and straightforward, explaining what I wanted clearly and confidently. They also clearly explained that unnecessary procedures were not needed. I like the photos here too, although the style seems a little glamorous. I prefer something more natural. Perhaps because of the director's long experience, they were confident and direct, making communication easy. The staff were kind as well. Appointments are arranged so that patients do not encounter one another, so I did not actually see other patients who had undergone surgery. It seems like a decent clinic, but I have not had surgery yet, so I do not know what it will be like. It was difficult to book; almost all the dates were already full.
