At 3 weeks after under-eye fat repositioning surgery, my lower eyelid went down, my eye and eyelid are lifted, and when I smile, the under-eye area doesn’t move up with it. They say it is a normal recovery process and takes 3-6 months to return. The director is kind. Since recovery from under-eye fat repositioning is longer than expected, choose carefully.
