Should I Have Revision Surgery for Undercorrected Incisional Ptosis Correction as a Man?

I had male ptosis correction done with an incisional method. About 20 days have passed, and I went for a follow-up today. They said that, in the photo, my right eye seems undercorrected and suggested doing it again after 6 months They said my current condition seems to be undercorrection + swelling overlapping. Honestly, it’s okay even now, but they said it could get worse later, so I’m worried. If I do it, there are cases where only one side is done, but they said both sides could also be done, so I’m worried that my left eye, which turned out well, might get worse.. My dominant eye is the left eye in the photo, so I feel like Hering’s phenomenon won’t occur even if I only do one side, but I’m not sure what to do. If you were me, would you have the right eye corrected again?
