I went looking into removal consultations for various things on my face. The director explained things in a very detailed way that was easy to understand, and made the explanations simple without being difficult. There were also places where they would say they would do it if you wanted, basically saying they would do it if it made money, but the director said if there is no problem, there is no need to do it and they would not do it either. I had some days when I was worried, but after the consultation with the director, my face still has ongoing issues, though that cannot be helped. At least the director explained things very well and in detail. If I had gone there for surgery, it would have felt like a very positive hospital.
