I had contouring surgery 4 years ago, and I do not remember the exact cost, but I think it was a little more expensive than other hospitals. Still, I remember making up my mind and having the surgery because I trusted the director's skill. The result was that there were no particular side effects, but I was not satisfied, so I eventually had revision surgery at another hospital... Especially the cheekbones hardly improved at all. Maybe because it was a large hospital, the swelling care and things like that were good, but... looking back, swelling care does not really matter, and the place that is best at surgery is the best. It was 4 years ago, so things may be different now, but personally, I do not recommend it.
