This is a place I went to twice before for semi-permanent eyebrow makeup. The people who perform the procedures are a bit older, but they design it well the way you want, and they're pros. Maybe a lot of Japanese customers come here, because there are many Japanese people. I'm also looking into semi-permanent scalp makeup, and the price is similar to other places.
