The wait was really long ㅠㅠ... And I don’t know if there was some kind of mistake, but I was supposed to get toning and Shurink, yet they did only one and finished, so I wondered what was going on and asked. It turned out the clinic had forgotten and didn’t do it. They only told me to wait, didn’t say a single word of apology for their mistake, and instead asked me back whether I hadn’t paid... Only that front desk staff member was rude, and after checking, another staff member apologized on their behalf... And I think I waited another 40 minutes until getting the other procedure. I was angry, but the doctor was so kind that my satisfaction with the procedure itself was high.
