The director was kind, and the staff were not unbelievably kind, but I didn't really feel that they were rude or anything. I had a second double eyelid revision surgery, and they tried to match what I wanted as much as possible, which I liked, and the explanation was very detailed. I'm fairly satisfied with the result too. My first surgery was done somewhere else with inner corner surgery and buried sutures, and here I only had the double eyelid revision with incisional method, but maybe because of the inner corner surgery, the first clinic caused more swelling and scabbing. I was actually surprised that the swelling here was less than back then. I kind of wish I had just done it here from the start.
