They clearly told me when something wasn’t necessary (eye-correction), and kindly answered all the parts I was curious about. After each question, they would say “Anything else? Anything else?” and let me ask everything I wanted, which was great. I went there for revision surgery, and unlike other hospitals, they said they could also improve the remaining scar from the previous surgery, which I liked.
