I went to get Botox, but I had to pay extra for an event package that was bundled together, and then I had some kind of sculpting injection, or maybe Ultherapy, done together. It felt hot even during the procedure, and I ended up with a burn that turned red and swollen. The doctor's response was fine, but it was too far away, so they ended it once it had calmed down to a certain point. And the staff were really rude. They kept standing people in front and laughing and chatting among themselves, and even though it was the hospital's fault, which the director admitted, they acted like I was the problem. I was speechless lol. I've never been to a place like that before. The doctors were kind.
