I went with high expectations after hearing that this was a hospital that was good at lifting, but while the atmosphere wasn't bad, even from the front desk the staff were just looking at their phones and didn't care whether someone came in or not. I don't know if they were busy dealing with patients or what. Anyway, I had made a reservation and went, but the waiting time wasn't long. The problem was that I couldn't consult with the director. Normally, they say you only consult with the manager first and then meet the director when you get the procedure. Is this real...? I was honestly stunned. The manager wasn't rude, but I was disappointed that I couldn't get a consultation from a professional director.
