My facial melasma had become darker, so I looked into PicoSure key doctor, had a consultation, and proceeded with 5 treatment sessions. The doctor was very kind, and I’m sensitive to pain and things like that, but after cream anesthesia, when they applied the laser, they did it while blowing cold air, so the pain was reduced. If they focus only on one spot it hurts, but they seem to distribute it appropriately while treating. After 5 sessions, it isn’t perfect, but it has improved a lot, many blemishes have disappeared, and the melasma has improved a lot, so I’m very satisfied. I think it will improve little by little with appropriate repeated treatments afterward as well.
