I have a fleshy nose and a boxy nose, and I want to make my nose slimmer. Why is that not possible? When I look at foreigners, their noses shrink so much that my jaw drops. Is it because we don’t have the technique here.... I feel like if they didn’t raise the bridge and only worked on the cartilage, it should be possible... Sigh
