Hello. I post from time to time. It has been 3 months since my nose surgery, and I have had a second surgery. The nose surgery looks like a complete failure, and even if I take that as something I already realize, today I discovered one more serious problem-_- My nose had a sunken shape on both sides of the alar base, and maybe the doctor was trying to compensate for that, but they put implants on both sides of the alar base. They feel hard when I touch them. The doctor has also admitted that they put them in. The problem is that I recently realized this is what people call paranasal augmentation. My mouth was never protruded at all originally, so after they did this paranasal augmentation? it makes me look like I have a collapsed mouth. And I realized that this makes my overall impression look severely different.. On top of that, my alar base was originally on the wide side, but after putting in the implants, the alar base spread even wider. I heard that it can look that way if you do paranasal augmentation, you know? Does this look to you all like what people call paranasal augmentation too? I really cannot understand why the doctor used this kind of method just because both sides of my alar base were sunken. Isn’t there also a method of injecting fat into the sunken area? Because they did this paranasal augmentation, my mouth looks way too recessed and it’s driving me crazy. Would it be okay to just remove this? I’m also afraid my appearance will suddenly change strangely again, so I can’t carelessly ask them to do that... Now I’m scared to do anything.. I want to hear everyone’s opinions.
