First of all, the facility is very small and outdated, and for such a tiny place, the staff communication is very poor. It was a day when I was also supposed to get treatment, but they wiped my face and told me to leave, and when I said I had treatment scheduled, they hurriedly checked and then guided me to the treatment room. Besides that, I think there are many things that need improvement in terms of communication.
