Things I felt after revision surgery

I was fooling around saying, "My skin is thin, so I have to use Gore-Tex~" and impulsively got it done at a hospital specializing in Gore-Tex for 4 million won, but it failed Since it was my first surgery, for some reason I was drawn to an expensive place For over 6 months, whenever relatives came I ran away, cut off contact with friends, and lived completely like a recluse I went to so many consultations that I just want to write down what I felt and what I heard * Things to prepare: - A small water bottle (good for ice compresses), nose - Since you can't open your mouth much after surgery, snacks that are easy to eat (Petitchel, Cheonhajangsa...), - I couldn't wash for a week, but I wiped only with a skin toner that has regenerative function about 2-3 times a day, and there was almost no dead skin, and my skin looked passable. I used L'Oreal - If the doctor says massage is okay, using "Charmzone (CRD) Control Cream" definitely removes dead skin well and is fine. Unless your skin has gotten much worse, going all the way to a dermatologist feels like a waste of money Spread enough cream over your face, and after some time it becomes very moist; then even if you rub just lightly, dead skin comes off a lot and the skin gets really clean ----------------------------------------------- * People who seemed trustworthy said they'd rather take criticism than do revision surgery before 6 months They said 6 months is not the maximum, but the minimum time Most of them, including Choi Woo-sik, Jang Ik-soo, Jung Won, Oh Young-hwan, etc., said that * And if it definitely seems like an implant will show through, fascia is better than AlloDerm when wrapping the nasal bridge. It means one more step, so I guess doctors may find it bothersome; One doctor said that if it were their own family, they would definitely use fascia rather than AlloDerm - The reason you have to find a good doctor is that no matter how skilled they are, if they don't pay attention, it can't come out well. That's why you really have to look at their character;; If my skin was so thin that it showed through that badly, if they had just placed even fascia from the beginning, I wouldn't have suffered like that, And they lied well too, saying they put in 3 sheets of Gore-Tex, but when it was removed, it turned out they had put as many as 6 sheets inside my nose The doctor who operated on me said that if the implant is used to raise it that much, problems can occur later And when my ear kept hurting for months, they told me the absurd lie that ear cartilage grows back Also, they harvested ear cartilage from the very center, so when seen from behind, you can clearly see the area without cartilage... Other doctors were surprised too and said they harvest from a slightly lower or higher spot where it is less visible * Other doctors also said that when I mentioned the hospital I went to, the price was absurd --> Because of people like this, cosmetic surgery costs seem to rise sky-high every day. When it's too expensive, people think they must be really good and pay a lot to do it Even if you call it material cost, silicone is 50,000 won? Gore-Tex is 200,000-300,000 won, and the rest is supplied with autologous tissue; it really is a profitable business ㅡㅡ; If they are fully skilled, then charging high prices may be justified, but * With Gore-Tex, when removing it, they definitely have to tear away your own tissue. I didn't have sleep anesthesia, so I felt everything, and it was completely tangled with my tissue, so it was really hard. Even though they removed it carefully, it was stuck so tightly that my nose moved * I had revision surgery with dermis, and it is the best for a natural look. Since it is tissue, the nasal tip feels somewhat blunt and round The absorption rate always leaves more than 50% They said about 30% or about 1 mm gets absorbed After absorption is complete, they say it can be raised once more with dermis * For reference, Oh Young-hwan, 101, Jang Ik-soo --> I heard these people are really skilled, and during consultation they felt trustworthy *** None of these are hospitals where I had surgery;; *** I will delete this part if it becomes a problem
