I visited because of acne, and the clean facilities and friendly staff stood out. But when I said I wanted an inflammation shot for my acne, the wait was quite long, and maybe because I mentioned a specific shot, they just gave me the shot without any consultation and left. I had mentioned my acne concerns before, so I thought they would give me another solution, but that was it. Still, overall the other staff were kind and the director looked thorough.
