I had a consultation and made a reservation. I mostly consulted with the manager, and I didn't see the director for even five minutes before he left. The manager and the staff were kind, but they kind of pressured me to put down the reservation deposit that same day, so I ended up paying it without really thinking T_T The clinic was smaller than I expected, and there were many patients!
