About 10 years ago I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method, and they said they would make sure it would never come undone, so even though my skin was thin, they pulled the line so tightly that the double-eyelid scar is still clearly visible now. Ugh, my eyes have no fat and I already had one double eyelid naturally, so they didn't need to pull that hard anyway ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
