I had nose surgery about 5 years ago, and it looked fine from the front, but from below, the crooked nasal bridge and nostril asymmetry seemed way too noticeable, so I decided to get revision surgery. From the front it was not very obvious, so other people did not really notice, but to my eyes it bothered me so much that I wanted revision surgery.
