I had nose surgery about 5 years ago, and it looked fine from the front, but from below, the crooked nasal bridge and nostril asymmetry seemed way too noticeable, so I decided to get revision surgery. From the front it was not very obvious, so other people did not really notice, but to my eyes it bothered me so much that I wanted revision surgery. I said I wanted it done so it would not look obvious, like “I got surgery,” but they said my nose is on the smaller side, so that would not really be possible anyway. I wanted to work on the nasal tip more than the nasal bridge, and they understood what I wanted well and it was similar to what I was aiming for…
