My original nose was honestly really unattractive: wide nostrils, thin alar wings, a pinched nose, alar retraction, upturned nose, hopeless… At least I had some nasal bridge, so I got nasal tip surgery, nostril lowering, and alar reduction. The tip looks so-so and fairly natural from the side, but I absolutely do not recommend nostril lowering. It shows from the front lololololol. My nose looks seriously super thick and flattened.
