For a severely contracted nose especially, there are many cases where people consider revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, right? I also had surgery with Director Kim Hyun-joo using autologous costal cartilage for all the materials. Since people have different preferences when it comes to choosing materials, I think it’s hard to say you absolutely must use only autologous costal cartilage. I think contracted-nose cases are essentially special cases. Unlike dissatisfaction with the shape, it goes into revision nasal reconstruction using autologous cartilage, so the cases I saw were like that. If there are places that operate using other methods, I guess I just didn’t find them ㅜ Like this...
